Located just 5 km from the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc, this estate is situated on a large private plot with spectacular views of the island of Cabrera. The natural beach Es Trenc is one of the most popular beaches in Mallorca, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters and white sand. Although there is a good restaurant on the beach and some chiringuitos with live music, if you want a greater variety of restaurant options, cafes, and supermarkets, you should head to Sa Rapita or Colonia de Sant Jordi.
The 'Flor de Sal' estate boasts an impressive outdoor area, with a new XXL saltwater pool of 15 meters by 5 meters, outdoor shower, umbrellas, comfortable sun loungers, and chill-out furniture, surrounded by a beautiful garden. You can enjoy a ping-pong table to burn off some extra calories.
Inside, the villa has 605 square meters of living space, professionally furnished and combined with exquisite materials. The ground floor is open and very spacious, with a luxuriously equipped designer kitchen, a huge living room with the highest level sofa area and satellite TV, and a large dining room overlooking the garden. All areas are integrated, but can be separated with practical sliding doors.
