Modern apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful complex in Puerto de Pollensa, very close to the beach and also close to the pedestrian promenade.
It consists of a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace and private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. Nice and comfortable double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. From the living room you have access to the private terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family. Furthermore the property consists of a large communal area with terraces and swimming pool 10x5mts.
The apartment consists of three rooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom with a shower. All rooms as well as the living room have air conditioning (time scheduled).
Beach Boquera is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.
