Very special holiday house with a huge pool for up to 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cozy living room with satellite TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining room, air conditioning, fireplace, heating, beautiful outdoor area with a lot of terrace (partly covered) , Gas grill, infinity pool (15m x 4m), only 2 km from Manacor with an incomparable view over the Mallorcan landscape. The house is just 3.5 km from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and just minutes from beautiful beaches.
The 450 m2 property extends over 2 comfortable floors and is built in Mallorcan style and furnished with exposed beams and stone walls.
The large entrance area with typical Mallorcan decoration leads us into the pretty property. The spacious and bright open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a large oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a large wood stove that will delight most gourmets.
The spacious living room is very comfortable and has a beautiful view and direct access to the veranda and the pool.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom.
The terrace area is very spacious, partly covered and equipped with comfortable furniture and a gas grill. The ideal place for sociable barbecues with friends and family.
At the pool area there are sun loungers and hammocks so that the huge infinity pool can be used and enjoyed accordingly.
Manacor the second largest city of the island, also known by the currently most sought after “Manacorian”, tennis pro Rafael Nadal. And who invented it? Neither the Mallorcans nor the Swiss. Thanks to a German manufacturer of artificial pearls, Agrarian village was catapulted into an industrial city. Thus, one of the biggest attractions of the city is the pearl factory 'Majorica', of course, in addition to many other small shops. Manacor is the island's woodworking and furniture manufacturing center, and the area around it is largely agricultural. In addition to large grain fields here are also many fig and almond tree plantations to find. With a total of 27 kilometers of coastline, the region has many beaches to offer.
