Bathroom: shower, washbasin, vanity unit and storage space. Separate WC. Plus a private parking space in residence no. 46 (size of entrance gate, width 2.60 m).
Location advantages: Everything within walking distance, lunch stop at Les Halles de Sète. The beaches of Sète are 4.3 km away, and can be reached by bus. Bus lines are 100 m from the apartment (Pont de Pierre stop). 750 m from the SNCF train station. Pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
