Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacation. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with a magnificent view of the beach and is air-conditioned.
In the surrounding area you'll find restaurants, we recommend EDEL MAR, supermarkets, ice cream shops, ACUOPOLIS and much more.
The building has an elevator.
Pets are not allowed and it's a bright third floor with a large terrace.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern urban seaside resort on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular with family tourism, but not only.
In La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, a particularly beautiful complex located just a few meters from the seafront, with several swimming pools to try out, an extensive gastronomic offer, and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is a certified Family Tourism Destination. This means that adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offerings, among many other great activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st. We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. 4 €/person towel supplement.
3rd. Check-in Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition in which they found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests may not leave any garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documents concerning the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9º Wi-Fi is an optional payment option (€5 per day).
Activities:In La Pineda and Salou, there is a wide range of activities for you to enjoy your vacation.
