Pretty estate with 2 stone houses for up to 8 people. Each has a living room and fully equipped kitchen. - House 1 with raised ground floor and several levels inside: Veranda with dining area and large living room. Bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC. 3 steps lead up to 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm adjustable beds.
- House 2: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90 modulables on the same floor a bathroom and WC.
A shared 1-hectare garden. In the courtyard behind the gîtes (with direct access on the same level from house 2 and by outside steps from house 1), you can all share meals together.
Shared laundry room with private washing machine and shared dryer. End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels included. Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub. Activities in the vicinity of the gîte are numerous: farm visits, rail-biking, hiking or cycling (close to the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park), discovering Brantôme "la petite Venise du Périgord" or Saint-Jean de Côle (classified "Plus beau village de France"), canoeing, the "sentier des cabanes" at Savignac les églises, the Villars and Tourtoirac concretion caves... The gîte is just 30 minutes from Périgueux, the city of Art and History, where you can discover impressive Gallo-Roman remains and stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, or visit the Wednesday and Saturday morning farmers' markets.
Among the many delicacies on offer in Périgord, truffles will hold no secrets for you, thanks to a visit to the Truffle Ecomuseum in Sorges.
Private above-ground Zodiac 8X4 M outdoor swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, secured by a ladder, pétanque court and ping pong table.
