The apartment house is located on the edge of a beautiful tropical garden with a large pool that is heated all year round. The pool area is equipped with free sun loungers and parasols.
Our apartments are located on the upper floors of this well-kept house, with views of the city of Puerto de la Cruz, the Atlantic Ocean and the Orotava Valley (Aptos. "La Orotava", "Taoro", "Vista Atlantico") or the Atlantic, Taoro Park and Teide (Apto. "El Teide and "Buena Vista"). Elevators are available. The apartments have a tastefully and comfortably furnished living room with German TV, a bedroom (Aptos. "La Orotava", "Taoro ", "Vista Atlantico", "Buena Vista") or two bedrooms (Apto. "Vista Atlantico) with double bed or two single beds (in the second bedroom of the Apto "Vista Atlantico"), bedside tables and wardrobe, a fully equipped fitted kitchen in the American style with dining area and a very nice bathroom with shower ("El Teide", "Taoro", "Vista Atlantico", "Buena Vista"), bathtub (La Orotava), toilet, sink and washing machine. On the planted terrace there is comfortable seating, a table and two deck chairs. All of our apartments have free WLAN (WIFI). There is a lobby furnished with comfortable leather furniture. In addition to a lobby, the building also has a fitness room and a small library. House is under German-speaking property management
