This 190 square-meter apartment is ideal for a tourist stay.

You'll particularly appreciate its calm and its view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix .
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
The apartment is located 200 m from the Les Houches-Chamonix ski area.
It's open in both winter and summer. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities!

There are also restaurants and shuttles close to the building.

Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
