In the heart of the 1st arrondissement, this cosy 75 square meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in the City of Light.

Located on the 6th floor without elevator (steep staircase which can be difficult for children), it comprises:
- two bedrooms with two double beds ;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. Two mobile air conditioners are available in summer.
The apartment is close to numerous bars and restaurants.
There's a "Carrefour City" supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

Location
The 1st arrondissement, the historical and geographical center of Paris, is, like the 2d, 3e and 4e arrondissements, very modest in size. Yet you'll need plenty of time to explore it, as it's packed with monuments and sites, each more remarkable than the last. Museums, palaces, private mansions, cafés, restaurants and stores await you around every corner.
