This large loft-style townhouse is perfect for a tourist stay or a vacation with family or friends in Nantes.

Housing
Built by an architect and furnished with care, the house is fully equipped and laid out over 2 levels:
On the first floor, you'll find:
- A vast living room opening onto a 20 m² patio, which doubles as a terrace offering a very pleasant setting for summer meals.
- A large, completely renovated kitchen.
Upstairs, you'll find :
- A 40 m² master suite with bathroom and dressing room.
- Two further bedrooms with 2 double beds, accompanied by two bathrooms and two toilets.
You'll have all the equipment you need for an excellent stay, such as wifi, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, etc.
One of the strong points of this house is its location:
- All shops, including the Talensac market, are within walking distance.
- Nearby is the Parc de Procé, ideal for walks.
- The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Carrefour Express" supermarket just a 9-minute walk away.
Our favorite restaurants include Tartines et Bouchons, Canopé, La Cigale and Roza, to name but a few.
