Nice studio apartment especially suitable for young couples wishing to spend a sports holiday
The apartment has a living room with with a pull-out double bed, a sofa, a Kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The house is located within a large residential area consisting of 4 swimming pools, 1 luxury restaurant and a pizzeria. In the lower area of the residential area there are 1 large Olympic swimming pool and 1 for children, tennis courts, bowling green, children's games, mini golf; in the upper area there is the luxury restaurant as well as 1 panoramic swimming pool plus another for children.
The apartment is located just 300 meters from the splendid lakeside promenade and a 15-minute drive from the city of Salò. In Salò, the recently inaugurated "MuSa - Museo di Salò" promises an enriching cultural experience a 10-minute drive from the apartment. Guests can reach Bau beach and a lido, Baia del Vento beach, within a 15-minute drive. The Church of Portese is located one minute from the apartment. For lovers of outdoor life there is the Colline Moreniche Park for excursions, 35 minutes away by car.
For lovers of walking and pebble beaches, the historic center of Gargnano, with its enchanting lakeside promenade, is a 40-minute drive away. Guests can plan a visit to the Vittoriale degli Italiani, a 20-minute drive away, to explore its architecture and walk the charming streets of Gardone Riviera. Also, a 40-minute drive away, Sirmione, a medieval city, is a destination famous for its spas. For convenience, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive from your holiday home. The nearest international airport, Valerio Catullo Airport, is about a 50-minute drive from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
