The house, which presents an exceptional location, has a view of the sea. The adjacent beach is free, with water depths that slope gently. The large garden extends mainly in the seafront part, but entirely embraces the house. Here you will find a comfortable covered veranda, equipped for outdoor lunches or healthy breakfasts looking at the crystal clear water, a solarium area with deckchairs, umbrella, swing, a side corridor equipped with a shower cubicle, a side area with parking spaces and the unused behind. The terrace, with a panoramic sea view, is not equipped, but you could bring one of the deckchairs with you to enjoy the warm summer or spring sun, lulled by the sweet marine melody. After passing the covered veranda, you will have access to the large living room, also with sea view, equipped with fireplace, lounge with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, various furniture. The kitchen is beautiful, embellished with a large window overlooking the blue expanse, extending along the entire wall, equipped with an equipped kitchen, a lovely American-style marble support table, and various furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, all comfortable, including a double room with an additional single bed and 2 other double rooms. There are then 2 bathrooms, one of which is larger and one smaller but comfortable, both equipped with shower cubicles and toilets. All fixtures have iron grates; one bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and is equipped with an alarm, connected to local surveillance. Excellent for 6-9 people.
