Introducing our property nestled in the heart of Olhos D'Água just a few steps from Olhos D'Água beach, a captivating retreat promising an unforgettable vacation experience.
On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen seamlessly integrated into the open-plan living and dining area, creating the perfect space for socializing and entertaining.
Relax in the spacious living room adorned with comfortable furnishings, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The dining area with ample seating, is perfect for indulging in delicious meals with loved ones.
Retreat to the tranquility of the beautifully appointed double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with sea view: 1 bedroom with a double-bed and a single-bed and 1 bedroom with double-bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
A double sofa bed in the living room is available, suitable for children up to 12 years old.
An outdoor dining with a barbecue area is conveniently located on the ground floor near the kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower for refreshing after a day at the beach.

**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. **

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
• Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €200 per person (payable by credit card only).
• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.
Prices up to 7 people.
The 8th and 9th person ( children up to 12 years old ) pay an additional rental amount which includes either a double sofa-bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).
The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
