The Villa Mirvami Lovran is situated in the small town of Lovran, located 6 km from the famous Austro-Hungarian summer resort Opatija, in the Croatian region of Istria (in the Kvarner Bay).
The Villa is located on a cliff directly above the sea, with a private beach, a large main terrace with pergolas and belvedere. It is surounded with a beautiful Mediterranean garden. There are two other terraces above the beach, which offer complete privacy.
House consists of main kitchen, dining and sitting room with a view on Bay. There is summer kitchen too, on the terrace beside dining place under the pergola.
On level beside the sea there is beautiful suite (double bedroom, with king size bed), and sitting room and bathroom. The other double room and a bathroom are separated by the the small library where there is direct exit to the beach.
The kitchens are provided with all food necessities : oils, vinegars, spices, flour, coffee, sugar, pasta, rice etc.
There is a barbecue, two owens, two big refrigerators, ice maker and other appliances.
There are four dining spaces , depending on your wishes and a part of a day. Lovran is recommended for its excellent micro climate - summers are not hot, as it is situated below UCKA mountain.
