The non-smoking vacation apartment for 2 people + extra bed is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's property in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. Access is via a separate outside staircase. To the beach approx. 900 m, to the train station 5 min. walk. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, guest bed to add), a bedroom (double bed), an open kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower / WC. The house is centrally heated. Internet access via WLAN is available (1 EUR/day or 5 EUR/week). There is a furnished balcony, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and parking. In addition, a simple bicycle can be used free of charge. The total price includes: Water, energy consumption, final cleaning. Bed linen and towels.
The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz with its wide sandy beach is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school as well as tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool make for a varied vacation. Spa programs take place in the summer. The village has a pier with a diving bell and cycle paths. You will find the property in the new residential area behind the train station.
