Centrally located, in the middle of the charming old town of Malchow with stores, cafés and restaurants, on the second floor of a residential and commercial building are two vacation apartments for up to 3 and 5 people respectively, completely renovated in 2021. The harbor on Lake Malchow with its new promenade, boat trips and the interesting swing bridge (opening hours during the day always 10 minutes before the full hour) is only a few steps away, several supermarkets are approx. The distance to the beautiful lido on Lake Fleesensee is approx. 600 m. The two tastefully and modernly furnished, centrally heated non-smoking apartments can be reached via a public staircase and a common hallway, which leads into another hallway with separate entrance doors. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, as well as boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee.
