One of four vacation apartments on the upper floor of a commercial building in the town center. Access via a separate external staircase. The owner runs a store on the first floor with everyday goods, a post office and bicycle rental. Lake Userin is about 300 m away. Combined canoe and bicycle tours through the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District as well as canoe and kayak rental can be arranged. All vacation apartments have a communal utility room with washing machine (use for a fee) and ironing facilities. A rowing boat on Lake Userin can also be used free of charge. Parking spaces are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.
Equipped with: Living/bedroom (double bed, TV, radio, 2 armchairs), kitchen (pantry with electric stove, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating.
Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). Lake Userin is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular 'Upper Havel Waterway'.
