Two vacation apartments, completely renovated in 2018, are located directly on the Pfarrsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, in a former barn on a very well-kept and completely fenced residential property of approx. 6,000 square meters. There is direct access to the beach through a small gate. Both apartments have a furnished pavilion, barbecue, seating areas in the garden, bicycle storage facilities, 1 parking space per apartment, bicycles for hire and free WiFi. Additional parking spaces for cars, boats, canoes etc. available on request for a fee. Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Deposit 100 EUR, electricity/heating costs according to consumption, bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Dogs (up to 40 cm in height) are allowed in this property on request and for a fee. This apartment for 2 persons is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom with sitting area, TV, radio with DVD player, and double bed, a mini-kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, dining area and sofa bed as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is centrally heated and also has an electric radiator (in summer if required) and insect screens in front of the windows. A crib (up to 2 years) can be provided on request for a fee. An extra bed is also available for a fee. The village of Wokuhl is located directly on the edge of the eastern part of the Müritz National Park with the Serrahn Beech Forest (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The centrally located village of Wokuhl between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 9 km), the water town of Fürstenberg/Havel (approx. 14 km) and Lychen (approx. 15 km) offers numerous excursion possibilities. The Pfarrsee lake with bathing area is located in the middle of the village, where there is also an antique farm with the purchase and sale of antiques. A riding stable approx. 3.5 km away also offers riding lessons and rides. The region is very rich in forests and lakes and therefore offers the best conditions for active vacationers and anglers. The nearest shops and bakery can be found in Neustrelitz, approx. 9 km away. Neustrelitz has developed into a cultural center of the Mecklenburg Lake District thanks to its numerous events, exhibitions and theater and dance performances. Neustrelitz is known for its historic market square, town center, castle gardens, zoo, theater and museum.
