The comfortable vacation apartment on 2 levels (upper floor/ground floor) is located in an apartment house with a total of 4 residential units on the outskirts of the village. Unobstructed view of the Achterwasser, the Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.5 km away, the dike on the Achterwasser approx. 500 m away. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered sitting area, flat screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, 1 x via stairs), kitchen with kitchenette (electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) and dining area, shower / WC, washing machine, 2 balconies, central heating, partly underfloor heating. There is a parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a marina, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied vacation. There are regular spa and cultural programs in the summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air stage throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 m long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
