The cozy and lovingly furnished apartment was expanded in 2011 and refurbished in 2019. It is located on the first floor of a residential building, only about 200 meters from the Achterwasser. A small store for bread and rolls and breakfast is about 300 meters away.
The apartment has a living room (corner couch with sleeping function - extra bed, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer and central heating. There is also WiFi, various outdoor seating areas, a crib and high chair to add, a changing table, charcoal grill, parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.
Neppermin is a beautifully situated village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic seaside resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. There are hiking and biking trails, a bathing area, promenade, boat and bicycle rental, children's playground, barbecue and campfire area and horseback riding. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
