Only approx. 500 m from the Peenestrom lido, there is a separate vacation home for 2 people on the owners' residential property, a corner bungalow with open interior areas. The lovingly landscaped garden with, among other things, a solar shower can be used by guests. The non-smoking house, which was completely renovated in 2018 and partially refurbished in 2023, is approx. 50 m² in size and has a living area (sofa, flat-screen TV, radio, fireplace), a kitchen area, dining area and mini kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area (double bed) and a bathroom (walk-in shower, WC). There is also an outdoor seating area, a barbecue, sun loungers, a bicycle storage room, a parking space and free WLAN. LAN. Smoking is permitted outside. Final cleaning, water and electricity costs are included in the total price. The apartment is not rented to fitters/workers!
The small town of Lassan (1500 inhabitants) is a former fishing and farming village on the mainland of Western Pomerania directly on the Peene River. The island of Usedom is visavis on the opposite shore. It can be reached via two bridges (approx. 10 km to the north and south) and by passenger boat. The village has a harbor, bathing beach on the Peenestrom, restaurants and shopping facilities. Canoe and boat rental in the village. The municipal museum, St. John's Church and the herb garden in neighboring Papendorf are well worth a visit.
