This spacious vacation apartment for up to four people is located on the top floor of an apartment building directly behind the wooded dune, only approx. 300 m from the beach and in a quiet location. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the station of the popular Rasender Roland train are in the immediate vicinity, the town center or the impressive pier of Sellin are within walking distance in about 10 minutes.
The bright, approx. 50 square meter apartment with a beautiful panoramic view over Lake Sellin was last renovated in 2018 and has a large living room (upholstered furniture - extra bed for two people, wicker armchair, dining area, flat screen TV, DVD, radio / CD) with open kitchen (oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, additional TV) and a large bathroom (bathtub with integrated shower, toilet) and a large hallway. The non-smoking apartment is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens, blackout blinds and heat protection awnings on the windows.
Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, a bicycle room and their own parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is easily accessible from there via an elevator. A washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.
Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. Please specify your rental request when booking. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package (if desired). Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Sellin is a well-known Baltic seaside resort in the southeast of the island of Rügen in the middle of an extensive high forest. The place has a wide sandy beach with an impressive pier, leisure center, beach chair, rowing boat and bicycle rental, indoor swimming pool, tennis and riding stables, tourist attraction is the Bäderbahn, Rasender Roland, which runs between Binz (in the summer months also from Putbus) and the Baltic seaside resort of Göhren and also stops in Sellin. Another popular excursion destination is the Granitz hunting lodge, which is only about 7 km away.
