The approx. 50 sqm two-room vacation apartment for 2 people + extra bed for another person is located on the upper floor of the owner's house in the center of Malchow. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are within a radius of a few hundred meters. The Fleesensee is also only a few steps away, and access to the apartment is via a staircase in the communal hallway. However, the apartment is lockable. There is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD), 1 bedroom (double bed), an open kitchenette (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities and secure storage space for bicycles. Free public parking is available approx. 50 meters away.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption. Pets are not allowed.
The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town. Boat and bicycle rental directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
