In a rural location on the outskirts of the village, but with good connections to the town of Waren (Müritz), the vacation apartment for up to 3 people is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on a plot of around 1,400 square meters. A small restaurant and a children's playground are just a few steps away, and Lake Torgelow can be reached quickly in around 15 minutes. 2 km along a path with many beautiful views and a new cycle path leads to the Warener Therme, approx. 6 km away, with numerous shopping facilities. The 100 sqm non-smoking apartment, which was last renovated in 2022, is centrally heated and equipped with insect screens on the windows, can be reached via a hallway also used by the owner. It has a living room (couch, armchair, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, accessible through the living room, 1 x small double bed 1.40 m wide), a separate kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a large bathroom (corner bath, shower, double sink, toilet) and a hallway. There is also a parking space, a bicycle storage room, a furnished balcony, possible WLAN. A washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an outdoor sauna in the garden are available by arrangement for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water.
Neu Schloen is a district of the small municipality of Schloen-Dratow in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, only approx. 6 km from its tourist center, the state-approved spa Waren (Müritz) and approx. 2 km from Lake Torgelow. The hilly landscape shaped by the Ice Age with beautiful views and the forest and lake-rich surroundings offer many opportunities for an active vacation. There is a small restaurant and a children's playground in the village itself, and a beautiful path leads to Lake Torgelow. Waren (Müritz) is approx. 6 km away (also connected via a cycle path) and offers shopping facilities, a wide range of restaurants and numerous other attractions such as the historic old town, the harbor with passenger boat trips and adjoining promenade as well as the Müritzeum - a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren (Müritz) is also the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
