This tastefully renovated vacation apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 baby, built in 2017, is located on the upper floor of the owner's house just 300 m from Lake Malchow in a residential area. You can swim at the lake from a jetty, the beautiful bathing establishment at Fleesensee is approx. 3 km away. Shopping facilities and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
The approx. 55 m² non-smoking apartment with separate entrance has a large living room (leather couch, armchair, flat screen TV, radio/CD) with open kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with small adjoining room and a modern bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer).
Guests also have free Wi-Fi, a crib, high chair, bicycle storage in a lockable shed, a small seating area in the garden and a barbecue at their disposal. Free public parking spaces are available.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, as well as boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee.
