This separate vacation home for up to 2 adults and 2 children is quietly located on the edge of the village and forest, just a few minutes' walk from the Malchow lido, on a plot of approx. 1,300 m² within a housing estate. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within easy reach, the town center is approx. 1.5 km away. The 2023 extensively expanded and renovated, approx. 84 sqm, single-storey non-smoking house is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has a large living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining counter), a bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), a children's room (single bed with extra bed, toys), a large bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer), a guest WC and a hallway. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic.
