The large vacation apartment for up to 12 people extends over an entire floor of the former Marstall (carriage and riding stable), which has been converted into a guest house and is located in a quiet, secluded and directly wooded location on a 7,000 square meter property. the accommodation is very suitable for groups. It consists of a large kitchen-living room (dining table, kitchenette with electric stove, oven and dishwasher, TV, radio) and several separate double rooms (double bed, TV, shower/WC, central heating), which lead off a public corridor with various seating areas. (Number of double rooms depends on the number of persons). Two further separate vacation apartments for 2 or 4 persons are located on the upper floor (object number DZV261 and DZV262). In the spacious and park-like outdoor area there is a seating and barbecue area, parking lot and bicycle storage room. There are further seating areas in the inner courtyard of the historic building. Separately on a neighboring property, the owner breeds numerous exotic birds, small animals and alpaca sheep. The small bird park can be visited on request and the total price includes final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. Bed linen can be brought or rented. Please bring your own towels. Pets are allowed: One pet is allowed in this property. All other pets require the owner's consent before booking.
Kuchelmiß is a village in wooded and lake-rich surroundings on the edge of the nature reserve „Nebeltal“. The climatic health resort of Krakow am See with a well-developed tourist infrastructure is approx. 10 km away. Shopping facilities and swimming/fishing lake in the town. Due to the convenient location on the A 19 (2 km), the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the Baltic Sea can be reached in approx. 45 minutes. The Kuchelmiß estate was owned by the nobility for many centuries. The large castle of former times no longer exists today. Instead, the watermill, the manor house, the stables and a park are reminders of the historic past.
