The comfortable and modern furnished apartment was newly built and equipped in 2014. The apartment for 2-5 persons. is located on the 1st floor. of a vacation home, only about 500 meters from the Achterwasser (Nepperminer See). There is also a fireplace in the living room. The Baltic seaside resort of Bansin is approx. 8 km away. The apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD, DVD, dining table, partly fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), kitchenette (electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating, WLAN. If required, a crib and a high chair can be provided. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, outdoor area (not heated), barbecue area, bicycle storage, trampoline and parking. A private outdoor jacuzzi can be used for a fee. Bicycle rental by arrangement (6 EUR/day). The total price includes: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
Neppermin is a beautifully laid out village directly on the Achterwasser, approx. 8 km from the Baltic seaside resorts of Bansin and Ückeritz. On the shore there are hiking and cycling trails, a bathing area, a promenade, a boat and bicycle rental, a children's playground, a barbecue and campfire site as well as riding facilities. A golf course is approx. 2 km away.
