Quietly situated a 10-minute walk from the local beach and a 35-minute drive from the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, this is the perfect base for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The property is arranged on one level with adaptable living spaces for guests to enjoy throughout the day. A secluded terrace is the ideal spot for breakfast, whilst the spacious paved garden provides space for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book or dining under the logia next to the BBQ, there’s even an outside shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.
Inside the characterful retreat has been painted a pretty pasticcio green and features a practical tiled floor. The living space opens on to the terrace and is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table and a digital flat-screen TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge freezer.
