Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 23 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Linguizzetta, which can accommodate up to 2 people. The studio is located 50 metres from the beach and has private access from the residence. There is also a shared swimming pool in the residence (safe for children, with parasols and sun loungers). Located on the ground floor and easily accessible. Wifi (fibre optic), we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- Kitchenette with washing machine, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, fridge, ceramic hob

- A 20m x 6m swimming pool shared with the residence (unheated, open from 1 April to 7 November every day from 9am to 8pm)
