Renovated and sunny 2-room apartment on the first floor (no elevator). The beautiful apartment radiates peace and tranquility and is located in the center of Koksijde, near our office, close to all shops and restaurants. The beach is a few hundred meters from the apartment. In short, everything is close by, an ideal location!

Spacious hall, sunny living room/dining room with sofa, 2 club chairs and 1 electric relax chair, table with 4 chairs (extendable for 6 people), modern equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer drawer. The family bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bath. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom with double bed (200x180) and a 2nd bedroom for 4 people with two bunk beds (90x200). There is also a parking space for 1 car and private terrace at street level at the back of the building.
