This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Spacious, quiet, fenced house with a large garden, ideal for relaxing. Nearby forest and canal-side walks. Communal pétanque and tennis courts 20 m away. Situated 1h30 from Paris, 45 min from Orléans, 25 min from Montargis, Gien and the Dampierre nuclear power plant.

An ideal place for a peaceful country getaway, yet close to a variety of activities. First floor: living/dining room, separate kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a games area and study on the landing, a bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm (bedroom window overlooking landing, not outside) and a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm.
