The house is well located, overlooking the pines and the mountains and quiet. Negative points: Awning on the terrace blocked by a chain and padlock so no shade, and only one parasol. A terrace shaded by a fig tree to eat in the shade at noon but unusable because the dogs of the owners next door do their business just in this place so smells +++ Garden furniture is old, no cushions on deckchairs Rudimentary interior just the vital necessities, no plancha, no fans (no air conditioning), no hair dryer etc....
