The non-smoking vacation apartment is located in a separate wing of the house, about 1 km from the Bodden. It has a living room (upholstered furniture, satellite TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), an open country kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave) and a bathroom with shower/WC and central heating. Also available: free W-LAN, an outdoor seating and barbecue area and a washing machine. A crib, high chair and playpen can be provided for small children. Parking is available directly in front of the property. Final cleaning is included in the total price. Payment on site: energy and water according to consumption. Bed linen can be rented.
The 'Vineta-Stadt' Barth is a state-recognized resort on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town center with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbor with boat rental and passenger boats to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching. The River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths enables extensive cycle tours through the entire region. Day trips to Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen (30 minutes by car) or to the Hanseatic city of Rostock (60 minutes by car) are also worthwhile.
