Pretty detached house spread over 2 floors, situated on a large private plot of 10 000 m² and not far from the small village of Monticello. The salt-treated swimming pool (15x5m, depth 2m) is equipped with a cabin and a shower. This holiday home is 500m above sea level, in Monte Amiata, about 30 km from the summit, where it is possible to ski in winter. Nice view on the typical landscape of La Marella.
