Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Building renovated in 2010 (therefore also suitable for a person with disabilities) It is located in a well inhabited area with plenty of shops. It is a two-roomed apartment of 40 cadastral square metres (44 commercial) located on the second and last floor with lift (fourth floor actually because they are mezzanine) with a kitchen a bathroom and a storeroom which is not possible to access because there are personal belongings. To get to the flat the lift is on the ground floor so even a person in a wheelchair can get there without encountering any architectural barriers. There is an air conditioner for hot weather and a video intercom for the winter There is a thermostat to regulate the temperature of the radiators (Autonomous). It is equipped with free fibre optic wi fi and a 65 inch smart television of well-known brand!
The flat is very bright thanks to two windows but there is no balcony.
There is a double bed (French style, one and a half bed) with a container where you can store your luggage if you wish, and a double sofa bed. The flat for 4 people is small and ideal for a single person or couple.
The kitchen is divided by a beautiful blue glass concrete wall and there is everything you need for cooking: In the bathroom there is a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and of course a toilet. And there is a washing machine with a drying rack in the bathroom as well as a hairdryer, branded iron and ironing board. Clean towels and shower gel included in the service.
The area and 'residential well inhabited and rather quiet .. in the building there are only 7 families (actually' on 4 floors as they are mezzanine) The underground and 'very close both on Piazza Dante and Molinette Hospital also ideal for those who must make medical checkups or refresher courses. It is also a university area with several scientific faculties.
At 3 metro stops you are at Lingotto fairs (the famous book and taste fair) and the Ottogallery and Eataly shopping centre. Palavela known x numerous concerts and sporting events connected by metro and line 10. A 15-minute walk will take you to the Valentino Park, the Borgo Medievale and the Botanical Garden. For those who want to visit the residences of the Savoy Kings (Reggia di Venaria Reale-Castello della Mandria and Stupinigi) well connected by metro and bus to reach them in about 30 minutes.
There is a cool-air convector that runs on electricity. I only ask you the courtesy to turn it off if you leave the flat. Thank you.
Of course via the whatsap contact we can communicate. I will welcome you or the cleaning lady who will leave you the keys to the flat.
It is a residential district of the city of Turin well inhabited; (it is easy to come across doctors, lawyers, architects but also university students given the proximity to the scientific faculties (Medicine and Surgery and Architecture to name but a few). At about 100/150 meters there is the main hospital of the city Molinette and 3 minutes by underground you are at the Lingotto where there is the famous Salone del Libro or del Gusto and I always recommend to go for a walk inside the Ottogallery ideal for children and full of places to eat anything (from sushi to pizza to hamburger) with the multiplex cinema shops for shopping etc..
Plenty of shops, places to have a drink, supermarkets etc. 15 minutes away there is the famous Parco del Valentino with its riverside Po, the possibility of hiring bicycles and rickshaws at reasonable prices, several kiosks, the possibility of jogging in the midst of greenery and visiting the Borgo Medievale with its picturesque castle and museum, the restaurant cafe inside and the fountain where you can make a wish by throwing a coin :)
