When I arrived at the agency, the apartment was supposedly being cleaned, and I waited more than an hour and a half for the keys. Then I was told that the electric hob wasn't working and would be replaced by an induction hob, that I had to buy some pots and pans, and that I'd be reimbursed as I'd have to go shopping or wait until Monday, and that I could eat cold food until Monday! Arrived at the apartment in an unhealthy state, cleaning not carried out (photos to support) blood stain on a cupboard, dirty floor and not swept, walls switches dirty, shovel and brush posed on the kitchen utensils....salle de bain dirty toilet sink idem, razor used on the floor, furniture sink with at least 1 cm of dust.... Vmc black with dust, fan in the same condition.... Finally, apparently in a deplorable state! On Monday I went back to the agency, sent photos, told myself that a company would be coming but nobody came during my stay, not even a proposal for a commercial gesture or refund! Disgraceful! We spent a week dying of heat! Nothing bothered the agency to leave me and my daughter in these conditions! I'd like to send you the photos as proof of my good faith!
