The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 120 m² house with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, with shared swimming pool, in Pléneuf-Val-André, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a 4 m² terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A shared (unheated) 10×12 m swimming pool, open from 1ᵉʳ July to 31 August (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate.
- A lovely 400 m² enclosed garden
- An unfenced terrace of 7 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :

- Visit the Emerald Coast (Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Saint Cast, Dinard...)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
