If you want to spend a wonderful holiday in the wonderful Lucca, Villino Carla is what you are looking for!
The portion of the Villa at your disposal is located on the ground floor of a classic Tuscan Villa, in your availability, in addition to the flat, there will be: the Garden, 2 Tables of 4 seats each (located under the pergola at the entrance of the flat) and a Garage with 1 Parking space (the car, otherwise, can also be parked inside the property).
Inside you will find 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, .and they are located at opposite poles of the house.
At the entrance you will find is a small sitting room with a sofa, proceeding straight we arrive at the living room, where there is a beautiful dining table, fireplace, Smart TV and armchairs. Also at your disposal, always in the living room, you will find an exercise bike, to do physical exercise, and a table football to spend moments of fun in the company!
In the kitchen you will find everything you need (induction cooker, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine), always from the kitchen there is a French door that will give you direct access to the garden.
There is also a garage, with an entrance about 2 metres wide and 5 metres high.
Villino Carla has an excellent location, it is only 5 minutes by car from the historical centre of Lucca ( about 3. 5 Km), and 7 minutes from the railway station of Lucca (about 5 Km) that you can use as a starting point to visit the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and surroundings, since Florence is only 1 hour and 30 minutes by train from Lucca (1 hour and 10 minutes by car); Pistoia is 1 hour by train (about 40 minutes by car); Pisa is 1 hour by train (about 35 minutes by car); Siena is 2 hours and 30 minutes by train (about 2 hours by car).
If you want to spend a day on the magical coast of Versilia: Viareggio is about 40 minutes by train (the usual time needed by car); Pietrasanta is 1 hour by train (45 minutes by car); Forte dei Marmi is 1 hour and 10 minutes by train (50 minutes by car).
To get to the 5 Terre instead, it takes 2 hours by train ( about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car ).
It is possible to bring a small or medium-sized dog into the house, subject to prior notification at the time of booking. A damage deposit of 2500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
