In a beautiful new residential complex, among tree-lined avenues, we see an excellent holiday villa, perfect for enjoying the wonderful Salento sea. The outdoor space, graced by flowers, ornamental plants and palm trees, develops on three sides. Ideal for outdoor living, the house has large brick areas and a large covered veranda. In the courtyard we also have a shower cubicle, sink and washing machine. All internal rooms, except the bathroom, have independent access. From the veranda you reach the kitchen, where we notice a fridge, electric oven, microwave and an opening table. From the front garden onto the beautiful living room, equipped with a double sofa bed. The corridor leads into the two bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single bunk beds (both with doors to the garden). The interior is completed by the beautiful bathroom, with toilet and shower cubicle. The living room and both bedrooms are air conditioned. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. The house is located in an area close to services, clubs and evening walking streets
