Quiet villa with own pool, located 800 m from the beach and 50 m from the most important street of the port of Alcudia. Ideal for families with children or couples who want a lot of tranquility... it has a great variety of stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Being located in the north of the island, the climate is excellent for all water sports.extras you pay electricity 0,40 per electric passage. Approximately 10 euros per day for rational consumption of electricity and hot and cold air conditioning. You also have to pay the Balearic tourist tax, which is billed directly by the host. The beach chalet has air conditioning, washing machine, safe, iron and ironing board, desk and fan.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the price. A tourist tax of EUR 2.2 per person per night will be charged on the day of arrival.
Parking is available near the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. No parties are allowed.
