Ideally located on the seafront, 200m from Place des Landais with its bars and restaurants, the Point d'Or residence lets you take full advantage of the beach and its activities, as well as the city center with its shops (10min walk) without ever having to use your car. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator), comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker) opening onto the living room, which in turn opens onto the loggia equipped with a dining table. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a second bed of the same size under the alcove. The property also boasts a communal swimming pool open from June to September, two terraces and a private parking space. You can't fail to be impressed by the quality of this accommodation and its location, ideal for vacations with family or friends. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking price.
