MADEIRA is a residential complex of recent construction located 400 m from the sandy beach of Las Fuentes. The apartment in Alcoceber / Alcossebre has 2 bedroom(s) and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Comfortable accommodation of 55 m², located in a quiet residential area and close to the sea. It has a garden, garden furniture, terrace, air conditioning, community pool for adults+children, free outdoor parking in the same building.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and a coffee maker.TV and double sofa bed in the living-dining room. Bed linen is included.
All guests over 18 years of age must present their DNI, NIE or PASSPORT at the time of Check in, in case the guest does not present the document, the right of non-admission may apply for not complying with the current law on tourist apartments.

Customers may request daily cleaning; this will have a variable cost depending on the size of the apartment. One bedroom apartment € 40 per day, two bedroom apartment € 50 per day and three bedroom apartment € 60 per day. In case of requesting cleaning every day of the stay, the sheets are changed every 4 days and the towels every 2 days.
