Villa Vittoriano is the perfect destination for those who wish to spend their holidays in absolute peace and tranquillity, breathing fresh air and staying away from city traffic.
From the windows and the garden of the Villa you can admire the beautiful views of the surroundings, typical of Tuscany.
Villa Vittoriano is a recently built detached villa, the structure is divided into 3 floors (basement, ground floor and first floor) and has a large garden that covers the entire perimeter of the villa. On the main entrance side, the villa has a patio with a small outdoor sitting area, on the rear side there is a BBQ and a gazebo with table and chairs.
The entrance is on the ground floor, at the entrance you will find a large living room with sofa and Smart TV, on the right hand side there is the master bedroom with its bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is the kitchen, equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric kettle, nespresso, American fridge with freezer) with open plan dining room, a pantry with everything you need to cook, there is also a further full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with single bed.
On the first floor instead there are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi.
There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the house.
A medium-sized four-legged friend is welcome, subject to prior notification at the time of booking.
There is the possibility to park up to 2 cars inside the gate of the property (the entrance is 4.50 metres wide), on the road to the house instead the narrowest point is about 2.30 metres.
A car is recommended for travelling (the centre of Camaiore is about 2 km away, but the road is steep).
The nearest airport is Pisa which is 35 minutes by car from the Villa (about 40 Km) ; the beaches of Lido di Camaiore are 15 minutes by car (10 Km) ; the famous Forte dei Marmi is 25 minutes by car (25 Km) ; the most famous City of Art in the world, Florence, is about 1 hour and 20 Minutes by car ( 100 Km ) ; Lucca and its beautiful walls are 30 Minutes by car ( 24 Km ) ; If instead you want to go to the famous Cinque Terre you need 1 hour and 30 Minutes by car ( 103 KM ). A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
