Apartment block "Avenida", built in 1980. 27 apartments in the residence. In the resort, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (10 x 20 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift. Public car park at 250 m, public parking on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 300 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, pedestrian zone, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fontanilla" 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
