This property is only a few steps from the marina, the beach of the village and the promenade Palmasera. The beach and the promenade of Lungomare can be reached in a few steps and in the immediate vicinity are the main services, it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvellous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Goloritze for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
Elegantly furnished, it consists of a large living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. The property includes a very large veranda furnished with tables and chairs with an enchanting view of the sea. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, washing machine, water supply, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, the possibility of an additional bed in one of the double rooms.
This vacation home is an 18-minute walk away from Spiaggia di Sos Dorroles and 1.8 km from Spiaggia Palmasera. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is at 110 km.
Important Information:

-The kitchenette and crockery are to be left tidy and clean, otherwise, a supplement of 50.00€ will be applied.
-Linen hires upon notice: 20.00€ per person.
-Small pets: always on request, 50.00€ per week.
-Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
-Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): 50.00€, late check-out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.
-Tourist tax is to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
-Security deposit: 200.00€. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table, upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
