The family house is located one kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. How nice to wake up is it to start the day from the terrace and enjoy a panoramic view over the meadows? The second terrace provides wonderful shelter that you can enjoy in the afternoon and evening sun. This house can be combined with Lepelstraat 18B, t' Zwartje, for creating a large holiday home for 15 people. There is a shared washing machine and dryer you can use.

Accommodation Luxury and comfort with an eye for details! A perfect picture to spend your vacation. This holiday home has been newly realized in a former barn in Zeeland. The house has its own special character. Old roof trusses, robust wooden staircases and wall doors that adorn the entrance and ensure an industrial and stylish style. The luxury open kitchen lacks nothing. Oven, dishwasher, microwave are of course present. The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the French doors. There is a fully equipped bathroom with sun shower and bath on the ground floor. On the first floor are 2x 2-person bedrooms. There is a separate toilet. Via a split level you can reach the 2nd floor where the master bedroom is, with a bathroom en-suite with shower and sink this room cannot be locked, and a double room with single beds. The garden is spacious and nicely separated with a large private terrace. There is ample parking, behind the afforestation. Wifi is available free of charge joy and there is chromecast available so you can watch your own netflix, youtube etc.
Zeeland offers a variety of nice shopping towns where monumental buildings determine the street scene. In addition to shopping, it is wonderful to sit on a terrace with a snack and a drink.
Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee, Domburg, Veere and Goes are worth seeing.
There is plenty of room to indulge: play with the children in the sand, look for shells or shark teeth, enjoy water sports, lounging and enjoy the sun, blow your head in the wind, swim in the sea or even visit a music festival ... You can also explore the Zeeland coast by kayak or further on the water with a motor or sailing boat. Or how about a boat trip with a skipper where you go fishing? The Oosterschelde National Park is a world-famous diving area full of varied animal and plant life and the Grevelingen is therefore just as popular. And how about spotting porpoises and seals? It's all possible in Zeeland!
- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- Bed linen, bed making service, kitchen towels and bath towels are as a complete package mandatory included to your reservation.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Business bookings on request.
Groups of young people with the majority of the tour group under 25 years old are not allowed. If you book as a group of young people, you run the risk of being refused entry. If you are unsure whether your travel group is allowed, please contact us by phone first.
