This attractive, child-friendly apartment with beautiful unobstructed views of the Zeedijk and the church is located in the centre of the Zeelandic village of Zoutelande. The one-storey apartment is on the second floor and has a private parking space. The beach is right outside, and you can step onto the beautiful Zoutelande beach—the beach with the most sun-hours in the Netherlands—within minutes.

The stairs lead to the hall of this bright, neutrally decorated apartment. The sitting area in the living room is arranged around the flat-screen television and consists of a two-seater couch and two separate armchairs. The closets and coffee table provide ample storage space. The corner kitchen has a cosy seating area at the bar, and the adjacent dining table seats four. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster and dishwasher. A Senseo coffee machine and kettle are available for coffee and tea. The first bedroom in the apartment has a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses, bedside tables and a closet. The second bedroom has two single box spring beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedside tables. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink with storage. There is a storage room with a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner between the bathroom and the separate toilet. A door in the kitchen opens onto the cosy terrace with a table and four chairs at the back of the apartment. There is a folding crib and a high chair available for younger guests. Pets are also welcome, the apartment has room for up to 2 four-legged friends.
The dormer windows at the front of the apartment offer a beautiful view of the church and the Zoutelande coast from the living room and the bedroom. The village is known for its high dunes and long, sandy beaches. Boasting the most sun-hours in the Netherlands, the beaches of Zoutelande are widely known and very popular due to the unique interplay of wind and water. This holiday rental is only a few metres from the beach. The vibrant town is a great base in all seasons. Enjoy the sun, a fresh dip in the sea and a warm beach in summer or get a breath of fresh air in the autumn and enjoy a hot chocolate with whipped cream in one of the lively restaurants Zoutelande offers. With plenty of recreational opportunities, it is hard to be bored in this bustling town. Go shopping in the town centre, stroll along the dunes and beach or enjoy an active holiday with kite surfing or stunt flying.
- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
