Chalet park "Buitenplaats Holten" is located in a unique location, very easily accessible and surrounded by exceptional natural beauty. This is a park in development where a lot of space around the chalets, beautiful water features and careful park design have been chosen. All bungalows have a view of the pond.
Country estate Holten is located at the foot of the Holterberg, part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. In that National Park you can see deer walking in the morning, with a bit of luck you can spot stone martens and badgers and spot no fewer than 75 bird species. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the forests and heathlands of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Nordic Walking routes have also been created. Buitenplaats Holten is beautifully spacious and offers you the peace, space and silence of nature, to completely relax.
The World Time Path in the Holterberg area offers various walking routes. Each route takes you through a different period of history. There are more than 2,000 annual markers along the route, showing interesting facts from the year in question.
A variety of options for activities and day trips in the area. If you want to go shopping or go on excursions, you can visit the city of Rijssen (3 km) or the village of Holten (2 km) during the opening days.
Enjoy a panoramic wellness lodge with jacuzzi , traditional Finnish sauna and walk-in shower with sun shower . And all this in an attractive lodge where you can look out over the Twente meadows from your bed. In your bedroom you can enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna and jump under the walk-in shower with sun shower. You rarely see such a cool bedroom!
The jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace is always nice and warm. You press the button and enjoy wonderful jets and bubbles. A jacuzzi is of course nice anyway, but we think it is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands. The view from your jacuzzi over the meadows is beautiful!
Enjoy the Panaroma WellnessLodge in both summer and winter. The spacious living room has a kitchen with every luxury. You will find a dishwasher, combination microwave and you can cook on a 4-burner stove. There is a nice relax sofa to relax after an active walking or cycling day on the Holterberg or after a relaxing moment in the sauna.
The Panorama WellnessLodge is suitable for 2 adults. However, there is plenty of room to take a baby with you. You can book an additional baby bed for this!

The beautiful National Park "De Sallandse Heuvelrug" is located between the village of Holten and the city of Rijssen. From the chalet park you can cycle or walk straight into the waving heathlands and vast forests. This landscape with hills and large stones was formed in the Ice Age. The most important hills are the Hellendoornse Berg, the Haarlerberg, the Holterberg and the Koningsbelt. Nature is very diverse and special animal species live there, such as the almost extinct black grouse on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can spot them during walking and cycling trips. You can cycle and walk there without meeting anyone. Your companion is the rushing wind through the trees.
The cozy Rijssen has many beautiful shops and acclaimed restaurants. The population has a Christian background and observes Sunday rest. There are still many original farms on the fertile farmland around Rijssen, which give a good idea of what it was like in the past. On Monday morning there is the large, lively fabric market. In the area you can enjoy cycling, canoeing, horse riding or driving through nature in a carriage or covered wagon.

The tourist village of Holten is known for its small shops, markets, fairs and the many activities for young and old in the high season. You will find:

- Canadian cemetery Holten, a piece of donated territory from Canada, where many soldiers who liberated the Netherlands are buried.
Cycling and walking through the beautiful nature of Salland and Twente starts at the Buitenplaats: the start and finish of cycling routes from 10 to 75 km. Special offer if you rent a bungalow:
- In the week of July 3 to 6. You can participate in the Mölke Walking 4 Days for free. It starts every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and there is a new walking route available of approximately 15 km. There are numerous sights to see along the way.
- in the week of August 28 to 31. You can participate in the Mölke Fiets4daagse for free. It starts every day between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., and a new cycling route of 35-40 km is available. There are numerous sights to see along the way.
GROUPS
If the reservation concerns a number of people who together must or can be regarded as a group, then the person making the reservation is obliged to immediately and explicitly report this. The person who makes the reservation is jointly and severally liable for fulfilling all obligations, not only for himself, but for all registered members who are part of his group. Group accommodation is possible to a limited extent at Buitenplaats Holten. Groups must pay a deposit per group (amount to be determined in mutual consultation) for the rented property upon arrival at the reception.
YOUNG PEOPLE
Young people traveling alone are not allowed in the rental properties or in the park.
Commercial
Business bookings are not allowed. Only bookings for recreational purposes are accepted.
VISITORS
If you receive visitors, we request that you report this to reception and you will pay the visitor rate. We would like to point out that you are responsible for the behavior of your visitors. Visitors must leave the site no later than 10:30 PM. Visitor cars are parked in the parking lot.
COMPLAINTS
Despite all the organization and care, it is possible that you have a complaint. You must then immediately report your comment or complaint to reception in order to resolve it. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you have the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing to management up to 14 days after departure from the holiday park, where the complaint will be thoroughly investigated.
LIABILITY
Buitenplaats Holten is not liable for: damage or injury arising as a result of staying on our property, damage suffered due to the use of the facilities available on site, claims for damages arising from noise pollution caused by third parties, information provided orally or by telephone, facilities and/or facilities becoming inoperable and/or out of use.
GENERAL RESERVATIONS
Prices include VAT. If this changes, we reserve the right to adjust the prices accordingly. All prices in this brochure are subject to change. Errors or mistakes in this brochure do not bind us. Furthermore, the Recron Terms and Conditions apply.
RESERVATION
The reservation of an object can be made directly via the Internet or by telephone at Buitenplaats Holten. You will receive your reservation receipt/invoice no later than 1 week after requesting the reservation. This reservation receipt is your proof of booking. The rates take into account the available facilities and whether or not you use them during the period in which you stay at our campsites.
PREFERENCE
If you have a preference regarding location, several bungalows next to each other or a specific number, we would like to accommodate this, if possible. The preferred costs are €12.50 per booking.
PAYMENT
50% of the rental price must be paid when booking. The remaining amount must be in our possession no later than one month before the start of the stay.
CANCELLATION
By participating in cancellation insurance you can indemnify yourself against the costs of any cancellation. If you have not taken out insurance and you cancel the rented object, the cancellation rules according to Article 6 of the Recron Conditions will be applied, which are stated on www.buitenplaatsholten.nl or are available at reception. Cancellation insurance can be taken out for a maximum of two weeks after reservation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rented object can be occupied from 3 p.m. Upon arrival you will receive the key and other information that is important to you at the reception. On the day of departure, you must leave the rented property before 10:00 am.
FINAL CLEANING
Your bungalow will be cleaned by us upon departure. All you have to do is leave your accommodation broom clean, do the dishes and clean the refrigerator. Place the duvets folded on the beds and put the sheets in a pillowcase. Place the garbage bag in the container.
HABITATION
Maximum use and occupancy is determined by the number of people the accommodation is designed for. The accommodation has a complete inventory.
BED LINEN PACKAGE and CHILDREN'S FURNITURE
Bed linen packages are ready upon arrival at your bungalow, house or caravan. If you would like to change your bed during your stay, bed linen packages can be rented at reception for €7.50. This package consists of a fitted sheet, a bottom sheet and a pillowcase (single person). The rental of children's furniture (camping bed high chair) is €5 per period (specify when booking). You must bring your own duvet and bed linen for the camp bed.
CAR
A maximum of 1 passenger car may be parked at each rental accommodation or camping pitch. The other cars must be placed in the parking lot.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the park or in the accommodations.
