Location
This delightful Residence is located near Porto Pozzo Beach, which is located in the municipality of Santa Teresa Gallura, along the northern coast of the island. It is one of the largest beaches in this area, located in a picturesque setting within part of a fishing village and well protected from the winds. It has golden, medium to coarse-grained sand, crystal-clear waters and a seabed that slopes gently out to sea. Surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub, it is bordered to the east by the Coluccia peninsula and has a small jetty for pleasure boats on the north side.
Porto Pozzo enjoys a favourable location, only 10 to 15 minutes away from Santa Teresa and Palau, two lively towns that are livable all year round, with cinemas, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and more.
From Porto Pozzo it is possible to reach some of the most enchanting beaches on the coast within a few minutes' drive, such as Conca Verde, Valle dell'Erica and La Marmorata to the west, and Porto Liscia, Spiaggia del Liscia and Porto Pollo to the east.
Olbia, with its port and airport, is only an hour's drive away.
For sailing enthusiasts, the Sintonia Marina and beach marina offer full facilities for mooring boats, allowing one to explore the beautiful islands of the La Maddalena archipelago and Corsica, which are only a few nautical miles away and represent a true paradise.
